CSA- Refund Policy
To request a refund for registration, please submit your request in writing via email to cerritossocceracademy@yahoo.com or via text to 240-553-3264 or 240-673-3426.

Written requests are required as a backup for documentation purposes.

Refund Guidelines:

Processing Fee:
All refund requests are subject to a $30 processing fee.

Timing of Request:
Refund requests must be submitted before the program activity. Requests made by telephone or after the first team or program activity will not be honored.

Refund Processing Time:
Refund requests will be processed within one to two weeks from the date the request is received. If the refund is approved, either a check or an electronic credit will be issued to the credit card originally charged. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed.

Uniform Fees:
Any player who has either been issued a uniform or had a jersey imprinted by their coach will be charged an additional uniform fee.

Automatic Payments:
If you are enrolled in automatic payments, please notify us at least one week in advance if you want to cancel. Refunds will not be applied for cancellations made after this timeframe.

Injury-Related Refunds:
When applying for an injury-related refund, the player must submit a doctor’s report that includes details such as the condition of the player, the probable duration of the injury, and any recommended physical therapy. The player should also indicate in the request whether they intend to remain on the roster after recovering from the injury and completing any necessary rehabilitation.
